*catfish tamales: for all you suckers who didn't know that the best tamale you were ever going to eat was made in the mississippi delta. and that you were going to eat it on a saltine with ketchup on top.
*lazy magnolia brewery: i once read that this brewery is named after the magnolia tree behind their building that blooms late every year. hence, lazy. love it. also, kiln, mississippi is home to this brewery AND the birthplace of brett favre. my mom has told me that during every packers game since '87.
